How we handle
inquiries.
When you use a Private Reserve inquiry, brand application or event interest form, we collect the information you provide so our team can review and respond. Depending on the form, this may include your name, contact details, brand or company, website and social links, collection details, event goals, program interests and notes.
How the information is used
We use submissions to assess fit for a program or collaboration, arrange follow-up, and maintain related business records. An event update request is used to contact you about that event. A submission does not establish event participation, an invitation, a media pass, a booking, payment or representation.
Where submissions go
Submissions are stored in Private Reserve’s Cloudflare-hosted inquiry database and are available to authorized staff through a protected dashboard. The site also uses a limited technical check to reduce automated submissions. We do not publish form entries on the website.
Links and outside services
Links you provide or follow may lead to other services with their own practices. This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. This version of the public site does not add advertising analytics cookies.
Questions or record requests
To ask about a submission or request its removal, email privatereservestudio@gmail.com with “Private Reserve inquiry record” in the subject. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in an inquiry.
This notice describes the current website workflow. Private Reserve should review final privacy language for each launch market and operating entity.
