Media access

Media applications are reviewed based on relevant work, portfolio quality, publication or platform, and proposed coverage. Independent fashion media and emerging creators are welcome to apply.

Credentials are individual, nontransferable, and valid only for approved access areas and scheduled sessions. Additional crew require approval.

Runway shooting positions are assigned by production. Backstage, dressing areas, rehearsals, interviews, and dedicated lighting setups require specific authorization. Dressing areas may not be photographed or recorded.

Equipment must remain within assigned positions and keep aisles, exits, and guest sightlines clear. Flash during presentations, drones, and livestreaming require prior approval.

Interviews are coordinated with the media lead. Designers, talent, and guests may decline interviews or portraits.

Editorial coverage remains independent. Accreditation does not require favorable coverage or transfer ownership of independently created work to Private Reserve.

Commissioned photography, video, and promotional collaborations require separate agreements specifying compensation, deliverables, deadlines, credits, and usage rights.

Access may be revoked for unsafe conduct, unauthorized recording, harassment, or repeated failure to follow production instructions.

Imagery, credit & usage — proposed agreement language

Proposed agreement language. Publishing the page does not itself secure rights from photographers, filmmakers, talent, or other rights holders.

Official delivered content includes a nonexclusive, worldwide license for the participating brand’s own website, organic social media, email communications, lookbooks, sales presentations, and press materials, without a fixed expiration, for final assets cleared and released for those uses.

Paid advertising, sponsored third-party campaigns, packaging, resale, sublicensing, and unrelated commercial use require separate written clearance.

Private Reserve must secure written creator permissions for agreed event documentation, promotion, portfolio use, and delivery to participating brands. Copyright remains with the creator unless a written agreement establishes otherwise.

Brands retain ownership of their names, logos, and designs and authorize use of submitted materials to identify and promote their participation, subject to their agreement.

Credit the photographer or filmmaker and Private Reserve wherever reasonably practical. Do not remove embedded credits or watermarks without permission.

Resizing, platform cropping, and accessibility captions are permitted. Changes to faces, bodies, garment construction, colors, logos, or the meaning of the original content require written approval. AI alteration and AI training use require separate permission.

Obtain appropriate talent releases for planned promotional content. Sponsor endorsements and paid advertising uses require clearance matching the intended use.
