Give people
more ways in.

Let them see the construction. Understand the styling. Picture the piece in their own world.

The December pop-up brings independent brands into a showroom setting with room for thoughtful product displays, customer conversations and planned content creation. Your collection can be presented on a rack, in a styled look, through detail photography or in a dedicated shoot, depending on the participation scope.

We’re planning the activation at Of the Cloth in Downtown Los Angeles for the first weekend of December. The exact date, hours, lineup and access details will be announced after confirmation.

01 / Present

Build your brand’s corner.

A considered display helps people understand the collection up close. Plan the assortment, samples, signage, product information and selling approach around your space.

02 / Create

Put the pieces in the frame.

Optional photography and styling can translate the showroom presentation into useful campaign, product or social content. Shot time, talent and deliverables are agreed in advance.

03 / Connect

Turn attention into a next step.

Welcome customers, collect consent-based follow-ups and coordinate sales or pickup. Give each conversation a clear place to go after the event.

02 / Before they walk inThe Black Friday → December plan

Start the sale.
Finish the experience.

Use your Black Friday offer to build demand before the pop-up. Give customers a clear option to purchase ahead and collect their order in person once the event is confirmed.

  • Set the offer, eligible products, stock limits and order cutoff.
  • Use your own checkout and confirm the seller, payment and customer-service details.
  • Offer event pickup only after the date, location and pickup window are confirmed.
  • Prepare labeled orders, a pickup list and an agreed process for identity checks and missed pickups.
  • Bring a focused selling assortment alongside the orders already placed.

Each brand is responsible for its own inventory, product information, orders and fulfillment unless a separate arrangement is agreed. Presales are an option; sales volumes are not promised.

03 / Build your participationA scope that fits the brand

Showroom first.
Build from there.

01 / Display

Showroom presence

Start with a collection presentation and customer-facing display. Space, fixtures, staffing, product limits and selling arrangements are confirmed individually.

02 / Content

Display + shoot

Add planned styling, product photography or short-form content. Agree the looks, talent, shooting window, edited assets, usage and delivery timeline before the event.

03 / Rollout

Before + during + after

Consider coordinated brand introductions, presale promotion and post-event content. Each placement and deliverable belongs in the participation scope.

Participation is curated. Pricing follows the space and services selected. A December booking does not automatically include a March presentation place, editorial coverage or celebrity placement.

The details

Before we
make it happen.

When and where is the pop-up?

We are planning for the first weekend of December 2026 at Of the Cloth in Downtown Los Angeles. The exact date, hours, address details and venue arrangement will be confirmed before participation is finalized. This is a brand inquiry page; visitor access details will follow.

What kinds of brands can inquire?

Independent fashion, accessories and complementary lifestyle brands with a clear point of view are welcome to inquire. Share your product range, visuals and display needs. The final lineup depends on fit, space and operational requirements.

Does every brand receive a shoot?

Content production is an option within an agreed participation scope. It is not automatically included with display space. We confirm shoot time, crew, talent, looks or products, edited deliverables and usage before the event.

Do I need a Black Friday presale to participate?

No. A presale can help you plan inventory and bring existing customers into the showroom, but it is optional. Only offer pickup once the event logistics are confirmed, and clearly state your fulfillment and customer-service terms.

What should my brand prepare?

A collection overview, product and price list, available inventory, display requirements, visual assets and your main objective. Before the event, we also confirm load-in and load-out, fixtures, staffing, checkout, product handling and any shoot schedule.

Can I sponsor, support or collaborate on the event?

Yes. Share the contribution you have in mind, such as production, fixtures, refreshments, gifting or financial sponsorship. Any branding, placement or content deliverables are agreed separately. Gifting does not guarantee a post or endorsement.
