01 / The experienceFocused by design

A location.
A direction.
Your whole world.

Bring your collection, your next release or the version of yourself you’re ready to introduce. We build the shoot around that priority.

Media at the Mansion takes the creative foundation of Private Reserve Media Days and dedicates the session to one client. The setting, styling, shot list and production team follow your brief. Additional models or collaborators join only when the concept calls for them and the scope includes them.

Our first question: what does this content need to do for you?

01 / Brands

Show the collection in context.

Create campaign imagery, styled product stories, lookbook frames or social content that helps people understand how your pieces live and move.

02 / Artists

Build the world around the release.

Develop portraits, promotional visuals or short-form concepts that reflect your music, identity and upcoming moment.

03 / People

Make your next introduction count.

Shape headshots, a model portfolio refresh, founder portraits or personal-brand imagery around the audience you want to reach.

Choose the work.
We shape the production.

Photography, motion or a considered mix. We confirm exactly what is being made before the session is booked.

  • Creative brief, references, shot priorities and a practical run of show.
  • Location selection and scheduling, subject to property approval and availability.
  • Wardrobe direction, styling support and garment coordination as agreed.
  • Photography, short-form video, detail shots or behind-the-scenes capture according to scope.
  • Selected edits prepared for the agreed channels, with consistent color and presentation.

The proposal specifies session length, crew, talent, looks or products, final file counts, edit rounds, delivery dates, usage and all costs. Hair, makeup, special equipment, set dressing and additional talent can be quoted where needed.

A useful starting point: a focused two-to-three-hour shoot. Preparation, setup, travel, editing and additional production time are scoped separately. Larger campaigns can use a longer session.

The details

Before we
make it happen.

Is this a shared shoot with several unrelated clients?

No. This session is dedicated to one client’s brief. A brand can bring multiple products or work with several models if the agreed production allows. There is no requirement to collaborate with another brand or artist.

How is this different from Media Days?

Media Days provides a recurring production format with several individual briefs. Mansion Media Sessions gives one client a dedicated concept, location plan and production scope. Explore the existing Media Days format ↗

Is a particular mansion included or guaranteed?

The property is selected around the concept, budget and date. Access, rooms, permitted activities, crew size and location fees are confirmed before booking. No specific property is reserved by submitting an inquiry.

What do I receive, and how much does it cost?

You receive the deliverables listed in your proposal. The price depends on location, session time, crew, styling, photo or video requirements and editing. Final file counts and turnaround are confirmed in writing before booking.

Can I bring my own team, garments or products?

Yes, subject to the location and production plan. Tell us who is coming and what you are bringing so we can coordinate access, preparation, wardrobe and setup.

Can I use the work for a portfolio, campaign or press kit?

Tell us your intended uses at the start. We agree usage, contributor credits, any release requirements and the timing of public sharing in the project scope. Raw files, extended usage and extra edits are included only when specified.
