02 / Included at every level

Keep the collection moving.

Begin with an opening collection plan and a three-month commercial calendar. A monthly brand recap connects retail activity, creative work, customer feedback and the next priority.

Presentation

Give the work context.

Plan your assortment, pricing, display and product talking points. Coordinate retail selling, buyer appointments and suitable wholesale introductions around the collection you have approved. Develop collection priorities, sample reviews and portfolio materials with your creative team, carrying the brand’s identity through its presentation.

Production

Create with intention.

Shape styling, models and imagery around an agreed brief. Each production defines its team, duration, finished assets, usage and delivery date. Studio hours are additional to the included shoots.

Relationships

Follow through on interest.

Carry customer and buyer conversations into clear next steps. Coordinate house-channel promotion, access to suitable scheduled media days, and placement, gifting or wardrobe collaborations with the brand’s approval.

03 / The Signature experience

Bring people into your world.

Build one curated showroom experience each month around a collection, product drop, private preview, buyer presentation or approved collaboration. The guest-facing window is up to six hours; setup and breakdown are scheduled separately.

A considered format

Concept consultation, an experience brief, standard space curation, a run of show, invitation copy and one digital invitation asset give the event a clear point of view.

People and presentation

Agreed house-channel promotion, RSVP planning, defined in-house hosting and product presentation support the guest experience, followed by relevant inquiry follow-up.

Production that fits the plan

Event capture can use an agreed monthly production slot. Additional capture, editing, models, outside staff, installations, rentals and catering are separately scoped.

A coordinated guest plan

The brand hires and pays approved security. Guest numbers, staffing, layout and permitted occupancy are confirmed for the actual event.

04 / The first three months

Build the relationship over time.

Your collection’s commercial activity and creative presentation develop together. The opening plan gives both a practical sequence.

Month 01

Place and introduce.

Confirm assortment, stock, prices and brand story. Set the production calendar, introduce the collection and coordinate customer and buyer conversations.

Month 02

Create and follow through.

Refresh presentation, produce the next visual work and respond to interest. Review customer feedback, replenishment and the next collection or campaign priority.

Month 03

Present and review.

Connect the work to the next release, appointment or agreed experience. Review sales, assets, inquiries and opportunities, then decide the next phase together.

05 / Working together

A clear scope.
A useful start.

Final details belong in your proposal and agreement, with the collection, schedule and commercial relationship clearly defined.

How does showroom access work?

Visits, consultations and production are coordinated through the showroom calendar. The 2 / 4 / 6 studio hours are booked monthly for your own shoots, meetings and presentations, in addition to included styled shoots. This is a service partnership with coordinated access; exclusive possession and unrestricted private use require a separate agreement.

What do the creative deliverables include?

Every tier receives a curated finished selection. Signature connects imagery with agreed edited campaign media and promotional assets. Each brief defines formats, selections, review, usage and delivery. Raw files, additional productions and external production costs are separately scoped.

How are house stories and promotion handled?

Each original house story has an agreed platform, angle, approvals and publication plan. Commissioned or sponsored features are identified clearly. Private Reserve’s house-channel promotion is included; management of your own social channels, paid advertising, website work and larger brand or product development projects have separate scopes.

What is confirmed before the partnership begins?

We confirm showroom readiness, the start date, opening inventory, selling authority, handling, returns, reporting, payment schedule, booking rules, asset usage and delivery details. Sales settlement and commission terms are established in the final agreement. Assigned sales contacts serve your agreed account scope; staffing is coordinated across showroom activity.

How are partnership payments handled?

Payments for approved partnerships are processed through WINNIN, our Shopify store at wewinnin.com. Your proposal confirms the amount due before a secure payment link is issued. Visit the WINNIN Shopify store ↗.

Does this include other events or fashion shows?

Signature includes its agreed monthly showroom experience. March fashion show participation, off-site representation and other event opportunities are separately agreed. Lower-tier activation options and additional creative services can be quoted around your next priority.

06 / Beyond representation

Make space for the next idea.

These are separate engagements. We confirm availability, scope, staffing and any outside costs in a proposal before booking.

Daytime space

Activate the room.

Regular-hours space activations start at $350 for six total access hours, including setup and breakdown. Guest plans, staffing and production are scoped separately.

Curated experiences

Gather with purpose.

Private showroom experiences start at $1,000. Creative direction, guest access, capture and outside services are defined around the brief.

Styling + direction

Give the work form.

Styling or creative direction starts at $350; a combined brief starts at $500. Final team, duration, assets and usage are quoted before work begins.

Ongoing creative

Keep building.

Creative programs are available at $500, $1,000 and $1,500 per month. Deliverables and meeting cadence depend on the written scope for each client.

Partner stories

Tell the story clearly.

Partner writeups are $75–$150 for a confirmed house outlet; larger editorial projects start at $350. Paid or commissioned work is labeled, with no promise of independent press coverage.
