Who can sponsor?
Individuals, friends, families, community organizations and businesses are all welcome. Choose the name or identity you want recognized. You may also support privately or gift the experience to a named recipient.
How does the included piece work?
The $150, $350 or $850 budget applies to one approved piece and includes agreed materials, making, personalization and applicable product tax. We confirm the brand, brief, full quote and delivery date before accepting sponsorship. A complete option within your budget is provided; upgrades require your approval. Customization may adapt an existing design, color, material, fit or detail. Local pickup is included; shipping is quoted separately. The budget is not redeemable for cash.
What is included in the four-hour gathering?
Four guest-facing hours for up to 12 people including the sponsor, light bites, a hosted drinks selection, one agreed guided creative activity and materials, invitations, RSVP coordination, setup, cleanup, house staffing, baseline security and the listed photo/video coverage. We confirm the date, menu, activity and guest needs before signing. Additional guests or production are optional upgrades.
What do website recognition and media coverage include?
Website recognition lasts three months. Supporting sponsors receive a name or logo listing; Founding and Presenting sponsors receive a profile with their story and an optional link. Presenting photo/video coverage is produced by Private Reserve or its appointed team, with permission to share the edited assets and agreed publication on our channels. Independent press attendance or publication is not guaranteed. Content permissions are agreed in advance. A social story set contains two to three frames.
When do I receive my plaque?
Supporting sponsors receive a personal keepsake plaque. Founding and Presenting plaques are displayed in the showroom during the three-month term, then presented to the sponsor to keep. We approve artwork, dimensions and placement with you before fabrication.
When does the sponsorship start, and how is it paid?
The three-month term starts on the agreed showroom activation date. Supporting is paid at signing; Founding and Presenting are 50% at signing and 50% 30 days after activation. We confirm the maker quote and delivery calendar before payment. There is no automatic renewal. Event acknowledgment covers Private Reserve-produced showroom events; third-party rentals and separate runway shows are excluded. Monthly updates and a closing recap are included. Any undelivered benefit is addressed through a written reschedule, approved equivalent or agreed refund for the undelivered scope.
